Manufacturing

Over the past two decades, we have grown our manufacturing and production arm to meet the demands of an expanding and rapidly evolving global market.

Today, our main facility in Korea serves customers around the world, from Oceania, America, Europe, Asia, South Africa to the Middle East.

We produce not just track chains but complete undercarriages and custom products that meet stringent industry requirements and the highest safety and quality standards.

At our facilities, product development is supported by a strong end-user feedback loop, which regularly gathers data from Trackex, our undercarriage rebuild specialist, and industry end users. Data analysis of mining operations in some of the world’s toughest environments like Australia provides insight that enables us to continuously improve our products to achieve better performance and long-term results.

Quality Raw Materials

Efficient and expertly run, our in-house production line features state-of-the-art technology and uses boron steel as a key raw material in the manufacturing process.

Boron steel alloy is used for its exceptional hardenability, strength, and wear resistance. A material that responds well to heat treatment with relatively low tempering temperatures, the use of boron steel results in lower energy consumption and reduces our manufacturing carbon footprint. Our boron steel products go through deep heat treatment to achieve greater durability in extreme conditions and an extended lifespan.

Patented Design: Positive Pin Retention (PPR)

For customers in mining and other heavy industries, we offer PPR-type track chains, which are stronger, more durable, and longer lasting. In PPR-type track chains, the pins in a chain link are secured tightly, preventing displacement that can lead to oil leakage and equipment failure.

Designed to withstand the impact of heavy machinery work in some of the world’s toughest environments, PPR-type track chains can help reduce the risk and costs of malfunctions.

Heat Treatment

Across the production line, track links, pins and bushings undergo special heat treatment to achieve hardness levels that are predetermined by our team of qualified engineers. This ensures that our products are built for maximum strength, resistance, and durability in the harshest terrains and environments.

As a trusted supplier to our customers, we take pride in our pursuit of perfection, maintaining the highest quality standards in even the smallest components and delivering what they need to succeed.

AVAILABLE IN AUSTRALIA

Track Frame Rebuild & Exchange

As the leading track frame rebuild specialist in Australia, our experienced and highly trained team provides an extensive range of solutions and services that can help to optimise performance and reduce operational costs.

Under our track frame exchange programme*, customers can turn in mid-life track frames in exchange for a fully overhauled pair right away. This minimises operational downtime, extends equipment lifespan, and helps end users to optimise operational performance.

All replacement track frames are fully overhauled at our in-house rebuild facility in key locations, using professional, industry-certified upgrades and top-quality undercarriage components. E.g. we provide 20mm belly plate replacements that are sturdier than standard Caterpillar standard 16mm plates, thus ensuring an extended lifespan of the frame. All frames are delivered on certified Track Frame carriers for Safety and ease of returning the exchange frames.

The Track Frame Exchange comes with certified refurbished program, a stamp of approval of quality, stringent inspection of work performed and a warranty coverage of up to 6,000 hours using only Genuine Caterpillar seals throughout the frame and components.
